Third season of Yao Shen Ji.

Jasmine, a 15-year-old girl, has just entered high school. On her first day of being a high school student, she was struck by lightning and came to the Tea continent. In a daze, she was picked up by a gentle boy, Longjing, and brought home. She woke up and accidentally touched the ear of her savior and then was identified as a rare magician (with multi-attribute magic). Jasmine meets red fox Keemun, samoyed Pu'er, and other partners one after another in this half-orc world, and starts her wonderful adventure!

On their way home from high school, Tamahi and some classmates are shocked as they witness someone fall from the rooftop of nearby apartment. Panicked and confused, they rush to the building only to find it deserted. As Tamahi wonders about this, she has the uneasy feeling they are being watched. What is the strange presence around her...

Kaitou Kid and Vincent van Gogh's artworks feature heavily in the movie, according to an interview with Gosho Aoyama. The teaser preview at the end of Dimensional Sniper included references to van Gogh's "Sunflowers" series.
