Kazama Harunobu is a Major of the the Army's 101 Independent Magic-Equipped Battalion.

Kazama has a long friendship with Tatsuya dating back to 2092. He is also great friends with Mibu Yuuzou, father of Mibu Sayaka along with the other members of his battalion.
